Jackson Marching Band

If you had your television tuned to the Tournament of Roses parade on New Year's Day, you must have seen the Jackson Memorial Jaguar Band,  led by band director and veteran NJEA member, Bud McCormick.  This band from Ocean County was the only New Jersey high school band marching in the parade. As a matter of fact, their appearance marked the sixth time in parade history that a New Jersey high school band has been selected to march.

The Jackson Memoral Jaguar Band has also been selected to represent the Garden State in the President Obama's Innaugural Parade in Washington DC on January 21. Congratulations!
