State Budget – Governor’s Line Item Veto

In a Press Conference, Governor Christie Announced He was Cutting $900 Million From the FY 2012 State Budget Bills: S-4000 (Sarlo)/A-4200 (Greenwald).  Governor Christie used his Constitutional authority to line-item veto items in S-4000/A-4200, the budget bill.  The Governor’s budget is $29.7 billion, a reduction of $900 million from the $30.6 billion S-4000/A-4200.
