NJEA would like to thank NJN and its employees for 40 years of dedicated service to the people of New Jersey. Beginning July 1, WNET will take over operations of NJN.
NJEA has enjoyed a long and successful partnership with NJN. Since 2000, NJEA has worked with NJN to co-produce Classroom Close-up, NJ, a weekly magazine program focusing on innovative projects and programs in New Jersey public schools. The show features the students, teachers, school staff and communities who foster excellence in public schools. Classroom Close-up, NJ has been awarded nine Emmy Awards while appearing on NJN.
