On Nov. 1, 2012, learn about strategies to increase school breakfast participation and hear about the progress of South Jersey schools that are implementing alternative breakfast models such as "grab and go" and "breakfast in the classroom."
The purpose of the meeting is to provide a forum to share valuable first hand knowledge and advice on how to effectively implement alternative service models that dramatically increase participation in the school breakfast program. Topics will include best practices for implementation, addressing common barriers, and getting buy-in from interested parties, as well as success stories from neighboring school districts.
