The West Essex Regional School District is hosting their Second Annual one-day Technology Symposium for teachers (K-12), administrators, media specialists, school boards, and interested community members on the innovative use of technology in education.
Don’t miss keynote addresses by Scott Rocco Superintendent, Spotswood School District.
Scott Rocco is in his nineteenth year as a public school educator. His career includes teaching middle and high school social studies, being a middle school vice principal, elementary principal, Assistant Superintendent for Personnel, and now Superintendent of Schools. Scott is also an adjunct professor at The College of New Jersey in the Graduate School for Educational Administration and an instructor for New Jersey Principals and Supervisors Association in the NJEXCEL program.
Workshops on a variety of “hot” topics will be offered, including QR Codes, Edmodo, Ipads, Skype, Pinterest, STEM and many more. Learn how educators are applying these tools in the classroom and across all grade levels and disciplines to increase student learning.
