NJEA and Assn. of NJ Chiropractors offer tips for healthy kids

ACNJ Tips for Healthy KidsNJEA has joined forces with the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors (ANJC), one of the largest associations of chiropractic physicians in the nation, treating almost one million patients, in promoting health awareness and tips for today’s youth.  

Parents face a variety of concerns these days, but a potentially bigger problem that is often overlooked is the impact normal routines and daily activities will have on the health of a child. Issues such as overuse of technology, sports injuries and concussions, lack of physical activity, poor diet, bad posture and heavy backpacks, can not only cause problems as a child, but if not addressed, the long-term impact can lead to chronic pain and serious health issues as an adult.
