The Lawnside EA experimented with the NinJEA program during its recent round of negotiations. In distributing NinJEA alerts, local leaders made them in the shape of water drops -- thinking that they would match the rubber duck more. :D

If you are interested in starting NinJEA in your local, the first place to go is your local president. Often this is a challenge as presidents are very busy. One way to get this on the president's radar would be to pick up some ninja ducks on your own, create your own alert, and put it in the president's mailbox.

Next, in starting NinJEA with your local, you may want to give some thought to the the first members that you will give the duck (and its accompanying alert) to. Consider targeting those members who, for lack of a better way to put it, have the "gift of gab." These members may be more likely to share the NinJEA alert with others.
