retired Life Insurance Sam?

Postby jack2109 » November 28th, 2013, 10:06 pm

hello..
I have been retired from teaching for about 2-1/2 years now.
The other evening I received a phone call about "free" life insurance and they were going to be in my neighborhood on the weekend to meet with me.
I said I never asked for such request. They said they have a signed form by me.

I sense a scam.
Does anyone know of a scam like this going around?

Thanks

Here's some advice from Phil Lomonico:

"This does appear to be a scam. I would not let anyone in my home who promises FREE life insurance in retirement. I would also ask for the signed document that they claim to have."
