I'll start:

POPPLET: Popplet allows you to post, curate, and collaborate all in one visual place. It is excellent for group projects, and a great way to make homework fun!

SKITCH: You can upload a photo and write all over it, or use it like a whiteboard app. Or, connect your device to an LCD projector and use the app to work out problems or correct sentences with your students.

MOLECULES: A free app that's great for science geeks. It allows you to view three-dimensional renderings of molecules and manipulate them with your fingers.

TOONTASTIC: Bring student art to life through cartoons. Students can create a quick five-minute cartoon complete with music, pre-made or creatable backgrounds, and characters.

STORYKIT: Students create their own books and record themselves reading them. The app includes four public domain children's books that you can rewrite and rearrange into a new story with your students.

I had a conversation with a member today about apps. Here are some more:

Quizlet
Study Blue
Smores
Animoto
Voki (sp?).

Anyone use these?
