I am currently a classroom aide. It has always been a passion of mine to become a teacher. I am having a problem getting into the right certification program that will allow me to still work full-time and won't cost me an arm and a leg. I have a Bachelor's degree from Rutgers University- Camden. I have recently looked into Western Governors University's Post-Bachelorette K-8 program and it seems promising. I was wondering what the likelihood of getting hired is with an online certification. The program still requires a student teaching experience but I don't want to put out the money or the time if I won't be hired in the average school district.
