The New Jersey Association for Gifted Children (NJAGC) is a champion for gifted children. Its members are passionate advocates promoting programs, networks, and legislative actions to meet the needs of these students statewide. NJAGC believes that a strong and supportive partnership between parents and educators increases understanding and expands opportunities for gifted children. Its educator division serves the needs of all educators, guidance counselors and administrators and provides regional events, an annual conference and other small workshops. NJAGC also offers a quarterly magazine, Promise, which highlights issues and developments in gifted education across the state, a quarterly e-newsletter, NewsNet, and a website with outstanding resources.
