On Friday, October 5th, the NEA Foundation will livestream Keeping the Promise of Public Education, a Ted Talks style story-telling symposium of educators, artists, STEM experimenters, philanthropists, parents, and students from across the country, who represent the many facets of our public education ecosystem.

Each of the 16 storytellers will offer his/her unique, creative, and personal reflections on the promise of public education. In what ways are we keeping that promise? In what ways do we still need to grow? The livestream begins at 2:30 p.m.

The closing storytellers are sure to inspire and challenge: entrepreneur and founder of the KIND movement, Daniel Lubetzky, and acclaimed author and Ted Talk star, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie.

Register for the livestream.

Submit questions via Twitter at @neafoundation or email at neafoundation@nea.org for Adichie to answer live.
