NJEA and the New York Jets have partnered to honor outstanding New Jersey educators and Educational Support Professionals. After reviewing the countless nominations from colleagues, family members, students, and community members, the following outstanding educators were selected to receive four Club-level tickets to a Jets home game and will be recognized during the NY Jets game day radio broadcast on ESPN Radio 98.7 FM.

  • Amy Murie, a third grade teacher at Solve D’Ippolito Elementary School in Vineland
  • Jennifer Susicke, a pre-school/special education teacher at Kiel School in Kinnelon
  • Deborah Ewtushek, a nurse at Point Pleasant School and Ocean County College
  • Lee Ann Brensinger, an English teacher at Pequannock Township High School in Pompton Lakes
  • Carlos Miranda, a science teacher at Charles J Riley School #9 in Paterson
  • Jayme Perezluha, a fifth grade teacher at School #5 in Linden
  • Christine Giordano, a special education teacher at Thorne Middle School in Middletown
  • Steven Wieczorek, a social studies teacher at Grant School in Plainfield
  • Mary McGuire, a language arts teacher at Hackensack Middle School
