The series, which included Matawan Regional Teachers Association member and paraprofessional Jackie Kruzik for “Playground,” Camden Education Association member and music teacher Jamal Dickerson for “Beautiful Music,” and NJREA members Miriam Reichenbach and Ed Komczyk for “Promise,” won for Best Television Campaign in the Public Affairs category.

The “Beautiful Music” spot also won a Telly Award in the not-for-profit regional commercial category.

NJEA’s Pride advertisements were produced by Will Robinson and Tierney Hunt of the New Media Firm in conjunction with NJEA Communications staff Dawn Hiltner and Kathy Coulibaly.
