By Sue Jarvis, Upper Saddle River music teacher

I have been the Music/Performing Arts teacher at The Robert D. Reynold’s Public Elementary School in Upper Saddle River, NJ for 22 years.

I have an Orff Ensemble, shows and events with more than 300 students yearly, and work on curriculum and special projects.

Since the schools have been closed, I have been recording interactive elementary music lessons and my students have been viewing and interacting with them on our school-wide ClassDojo account.

These lessons include interactive rhythm activities, sign language, movement and echo song learning.

Educators can use them for lessons for their students, and have them video themselves doing them for assessment purposes.

I hope these lessons will be helpful and bring joy during these difficult times.

View them here on Google Drive.
