NJEA Winter Leadership Conference

The NJEA Winter Leadership Conferences are dedicated to training association advocates. For this reason, there will be no professional development credit given for attendance in any workshop.

As in the past, the same conference is being presented at three different locations on three different dates. Registration will be based on your geographical regions and preference will be given to the local associations within the designated counties. Registrations from outside the region will be put on a waiting list. The counties are as follows:

WLC South

Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, & Salem

WLC North

Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Hunterdon, Morris, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union, & Warren

WLC Central

Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, & Ocean

Please complete the registration form as soon as possible and note the registration deadlines. Geographic participants will be honored first, and conference registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis, so register early.

It is our hope that these conferences will provide you with opportunities to rejuvenate and renew yourselves—whether you are new or veteran association leaders. We have 15 workshops scheduled that should prove to be both interesting and informative. New workshops are being offered in addition to popular advocacy topics. These workshops offer an opportunity to sharpen your skills and to recruit potential leaders.

For more information or if you need a special meal due to dietary or religious reasons; or have a special physical, communication, or other disability related need for which you may require assistance or accommodations to permit or facilitate your participation, contact NJEA at 609-599-4594, ext. 2270 or email wlc@njea.org.
