NJEA will present the 2027 ESP of the Year Award to an NJEA member whose activities reflect the vital contributions of educational support professionals to public education. The award recognizes an individual who demonstrates outstanding accomplishments in one or more of the following areas:
- Professional Practice
- Member Advocacy and Association Involvement
- Community Engagement
- Personal Achievement
- Enhancement of ESP Image
Local association nomination forms must arrive at your county association office no later than June 1, 2026.
County associations will select among local nominees. The county’s nomination form for ESP of the Year must arrive at NJEA Headquarters no later than June 30, 2026.
Honorees will be recognized at the 2027 NJEA Educational Support Professionals (ESP) Conference.
