Please be aware: the NJ Division of Pensions and Benefits (NJDPB) has been eliminating paper correspondence from their website? Recent deletions include the Direct Deposit form and the W4-P and NJW4P forms. Any retiree who would like to make changes to their banking information or tax withholding must make these changes through the Member Benefit Online System (MBOS).

Enrollment in Medicare

As required by law, retired members or their dependents who qualify for the School Employees’ Health Benefits Program (SEHBP) state-paid, post- retirement medical benefits, or those more recent retirees who may be contributing a percentage of the premium and are eligible for Medicare, must enroll in both Medicare Parts A and B.
