Participants will explore successful strategies for intrinsically motivating secondary students and techniques for a balanced classroom. We will discuss how to be a proactive advocate for students. We will also explore how to successfully build relationships with guardians through communication strategies, and guide students through the complexities of transition in the secondary classroom.
