Join us for a dynamic and empowering Radical Imagination Summit for Educators (RISE) as we explore the topic of immigration and its profound impact on our students, fellow educators, and global community.
This session is presented by NJEA’s Consortium Design Team Ambassadors. During this session, we will center the unheralded and marginalized voices of the labor movement.
Attendees will be provided with the tools needed to create, support, and defend inclusive curriculum, while creating a space for LGBTQIA+ advocates and their allies to interact and share their successes with members interested in learning more. We especially encourage queer NJEA members who are struggling to be their authentic selves to attend and learn
