March is Women’s History month.  NJEA honors all women who have contributed to the creating our nation and our great public schools and who continue to do so.  In particular, we remember NJEA’s first female president, Elizabeth Allen.  She is a nominee for the New Jersey Hall of Fame and continues to be a role model for effective advocacy and leadership in our profession.
