Hunterdon County educator Lisa Coster, from the Flemington-Raritan Regional School District, was awarded a $10,000 grant that will improve safety features and signage in the school’s outdoor classroom in order to facilitate its use with students who use wheelchairs or have stability limitations. The outdoor classroom is used to observe nature, collect data, and educate students and the community about their role as stewards of the environment.
